Navigation Magdalena Island

Please note that for this particular tour, there won't be a pick-up service from your accommodation. The navigation takes place from Punta Arenas to Isla Magdalena and is available from November to March. It is crucial to consider the weather conditions, particularly the wind, as there is a possibility of the navigation being canceled.

There are two time options for this navigation: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Upon check-in at the drop-off point, a bus will transport you to the designated dock. The exact location and time will be confirmed once the reservation is complete.

The navigation to Magdalena Island lasts approximately two hours. Once on the island, you will have the opportunity to disembark from the boat and spend approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes very close to the penguins. It is an extraordinary experience to observe these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. The boat will then sail back to the pier, where the excursion began. Please note that transportation back to the boarding point is not included in the tour.

We advise you to prepare appropriately for the trip, taking into account the weather conditions and dressing accordingly. Additionally, it is recommended to bring all necessary supplies, such as water, snacks and sunscreen.
